Practically completed ADU project in San Jose ✨

This is an almost-finished ADU in San Jose, designed and built from the ground up. Despite its complex perimeter footprint, the unit comfortably accommodates a full kitchen, a living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Active construction started in November, and we are now in the final stages of bringing it to life. This project was created in collaboration with Lux Constructions.
